- directNIC, Ltd., their affiliated companies, employees, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
- All entrants must be 21 (twenty one) years old or older.
- Limit of 1 (one) free entrant per person.
- No purchase necessary.
- Winner must possess a valid United States physical address and phone number.
- Winner must be eligible to travel to New Orleans, Louisiana during February 11th, 2010 - February 13th, 2010
- Winner must adhere to all local laws while in New Orleans, Louisiana.
- Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.
- Any violation of the directNIC, LTd.'s Terms of Service (available at http://www.directnic.com/legal/) will not constitute a valid entry for the promotion.

- New clients can enter in the directNIC, Ltd. Domianer Mardi Gras 2010 promotion by first signing up for a free directNIC, Ltd. account at www.directnic.com. Once an account has been created, clients may enter for the promotion by following the instructions on the 'My Account' page.
- Current directNIC, Ltd. clients may enter into the promotion by simply logging into their account and following the instructions on the My Account Page.
- Register domain names between November 2nd, 2009 and December 31st, 2009 and increase your chances of winning.
- For each domain name you register during the promotion period, you qualify for one (1) additional promotion entry.
- Domains renewed during the promotion period will not qualify for the promotion.
- Domains transferred during the promotion period will qualify for the promotion.
- Domains registered during the promotion period must remain with directNIC, Ltd. during the promotion period to qualify.
- The contest begins at 00:001 UTC, November 2nd, 2009.
- The program ends at midnight 00:000 UTC, December 31st, 2009.

One directNIC, Ltd. client will win a 4 day 3 night all-expense paid trip to New Orleans, Louisiana including round trip airfare, hotel and a highly coveted pass to the world renowned Domainer Mardi Gras 2010 conference.
- The winner will be selected by random drawing on January 4th, 2010.
- The winner will be announced and notified on January 11th, 2010
- The winner does need to be present to win.
- The winner will be notified by phone. The winner must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received by directNIC, Ltd. within 10 days of notification. In the event the selected winner fails to provide a signed release and affidavit, or otherwise fails to meet any condition or obligation contained in these terms, such failure will result in the winner being automatically disqualified, in which case, directNIC, Ltd. reserves the right to select another winner
- The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize as set forth in these rules.
- Only one (1) prize will be awarded.
- The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer the prize. directNIC, Ltd. reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
- In the event that directNIC, Ltd. through no fault of its own, is unable to contact the selected winner, directNIC, Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to randomly select another winner.
- In the event the winner is not able to receive the prize, directNIC, Ltd. may at its sole discretion, randomly select another winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and domains registered.
- Domains considered to be trademarks or otherwise in violation of directNIC, Ltd. terms and conditions of service at http://www.directnic.com/legal/ will not be considered under the contest.

The directNIC, Ltd. "Win A Trip to Domainer Mardi Gras 2010" promotion shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions and is void where prohibited. Any action or claim relating to or arising out of this Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Cayman Islands, and you consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over you by these courts in all such actions.
- directNIC, Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
- directNIC, Ltd. reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates at anytime without notice.
